Room could use more hanging points for wet clothes!!! Space is tight for a family, making luggage movement a hassle!!! Signage should include English or Chinese translations to help diverse guests!!!

9/10
Aye, this spot was mad convenient, real close to Ueno Station. Breakfast had all kinds of choices—pasta, chicken, and even croquettes! I was feelin' it. Room was snug but clean. I ain't trippin' on the size. Plus, staff was super chill and helped me out with breakfast timing. Just wished for a bit more AC flow in the hall.

great amenities but room could be more spacious
The Superior Single Room featured a double bed, making it ideal for friends traveling together. I loved the quiet ambiance, modern decor, and high-quality amenities like the kettle and flat-screen TV. The location is superb, just a short walk from the station, allowing easy access to various shops and dining options nearby.

Cleanliness stood out during my stay. The Superior Single Room was kept in great shape, and I appreciated the quality of the soap and shampoo provided. Location was a highlight, just a short walk from Ueno Station, making travel around Tokyo super convenient. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, featuring a mix of western and Japanese options that changed slightly each day. However, my room felt quite small, making it challenging to move luggage around. The temperature in the hallways was a bit uncomfortable since outside air seeped in, causing my room to heat up too quickly. The staff were efficient and helped with any inquiries I had, but it would be great if they could address the air circulation issue in the building to enhance the overall comfort.
